Jen Caesar has spent more than 12 years leading growth and demand generation programs for B2B technology companies. She has built and scaled full-funnel digital campaigns across paid and organic channels, partnering closely with revenue teams to drive measurable results.
Jen brings a structured, data-informed approach to marketing and a track record of turning strategy into sustained growth.
She is based in Dover, NH.

Sean Hardies has spent more than a decade leading paid media and performance marketing programs across agency and in-house environments.
He previously led marketing and account services for a digital studio on Boston’s North Shore, overseeing strategy and execution for national and global brands.
Over the years, he has partnered with iconic brands including Filson, Polartec, Schneider Electric, Dick's Sporting Goods, Rockport, iRobot, and Lightcast, among others.
He lives in Somerville, MA.
